How to join and what is involved
We can achieve a lot with a society of 20 people... but when we can say that we are a society of 200, or even 2000 people, who are united by a belief in the value of improving the experience of miscarriage in New Zealand, then we can go a lot further. By joining our society, you help us to show that miscarriage really does matter.
Voting Society Members
Supporting Members do just that, they support us by signing up, they are welcome at society meetings, and are updated about what the society is working on.
Anyone can become a Supporting Member, all you need to do is send your full name, phone number, email and postal address to our secretary, Corrine (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Voting Society Members pay a $20 subscription fee, can vote at society meetings, can be elected as Committee Members, and are updated about what the society is working on.
To become a Voting Society Member you need to send your full name, phone number, email and postal address to our secretary, Corrine (email@example.com) and either let us know the Committee Member who is vouching for you, or ask us how to complete an application.
Committee Members are Voting Society Members who have been elected by the society, they manage the affairs of the society within the society's rules.
